All common personal data: names, addresses, dates of birth, phone numbers, email addresses, bank details, tax and social security numbers, ID numbers and other PII categories. You decide which categories are actually redacted via your own rule set.
Yes. We redact at the pixel level and strip all metadata. Redacted content cannot be recovered — not through OCR, not through later editing. Every redaction is also recorded in the audit trail.
Exclusively in local German data centers. Your documents are never sent to cloud services from US corporations such as OpenAI, Google or Microsoft. German law, German servers — no exceptions.
We support all common formats: PDF, DOCX, DOC, XLSX, TIFF, JPG, PNG, as well as scanned documents. Handwritten documents are recognized and processed via OCR too.
